Welcome to our Website
Welcome to the OSU Welding and Joining Metallurgy Group website. The Group currently consists of one Research Scientist, 4 PhD candidates, 5 MS candidates, 4 undergraduate students, and a Laboratory Supervisor. We are currently working on a wide range of topics and materials including friction stir welding and processing, weldability testing, phase transformation analysis, additive manufacturing and hybrid processing. Check out the website to find information on current and recent projects, students working in the group, laboratory equipment, and testing capabilities. I particularly encourage the group alumni to stay in touch so that we can keep our alumni database and contact information current.
