Form to ADD or MODIFY building/lab access via Buck-ID card

Submit the form below to update the OSU keycard system (used to control access to the computing labs). You will be prompted for your departmental (ECR6) username and password. Be sure to exit/quit your browser after you submit this form to prevent anyone else from utilizing your authentication data.

You must supply both your 'OSU' username (lastname.nnn) and Buck-ID card number. Please note that it will only work with Buck-ID style cards. Holders of older SSN-based cards should contact

The Buck-ID card number is the 7th through 16th digits on the new style Buck-ID card (skipping the 600908) or the 10 digits in BOLD on the older style Buck-ID card. Do not include any spaces between the numbers.
