$CPU_TRANSITIONW

On Alpha and I64 systems, changes the current processing state
of a CPU in the configure set or an unassigned CPU in a Galaxy

   the operation is known.

In all other respects, $CPU_TRANSITIONW is identical to $CPU_
TRANSITION. For all other information about the $CPU_TRANSITIONW
service, refer to the description of $CPU_TRANSITION in this
   manual.

   This service accepts 64-bit addresses.
