DEBUG

   Invokes the OpenVMS Debugger.

   For a complete description of the OpenVMS Debugger, see the HP
   OpenVMS Debugger Manual.

   To get help on debugger commands from DCL level, type the
   following command:

   $ HELP/LIBRARY=SYS$HELP:DBG$HELP DEBUGH

   Format

     DEBUG
